Self-exploration is part of your journey.

Take yourself to the next level.

Professional development coaching is a personalized process designed to support individuals in achieving their career goals, enhancing their skills, and maximizing their potential in the workplace. It involves a partnership between a coach and a client, wherein the coach provides guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help the client identify areas for improvement, set goals, and develop strategies to reach those goals.

Common elements of the process.

Assessment

Action Planning

Goal Setting

The coaching process typically begins with an assessment phase where the coach and the client identify the client's strengths, opportunities for growth, goals, and areas for development.

Action Planning

Goal Setting

Once the client's needs and objectives are identified, the coach helps the client set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. These goals serve as the roadmap for the coaching process and provide a clear direction for the client to work towards.

Skill Development

With goals in place, the coach and the client collaborate to develop an action plan outlining the steps the client will take to achieve their objectives. This plan may include acquiring new skills, changing behaviors, seeking additional training or education, or taking on new challenges within their current role.

Skill Development

A significant focus of professional development coaching is on enhancing the client's skills and capabilities. This may involve improving communication skills, leadership abilities, time management, emotional intelligence, decision-making, or other competencies relevant to their professional growth.

Throughout the coaching process, the coach provides ongoing feedback and support to the client. This feedback helps the client stay on track, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes along the way. Reflection exercises may also be incorporated to help the client gain insights into their experiences and learning.  The coach holds the client accountable for following through on their action plan and making progress towards their goals.

Evaluation and Adjustment
