Launching in 2025!

The Ujima Mentorship Collective is designed for Black women in healthcare careers. We offer development opportunities aimed at challenging white supremacy culture and cultivate leadership styles rooted in Blackness. Built around a cohort model, those completing the six-month program will transition to alumni, mentor those entering future cohorts and have collective support to flourish. 

To build and maintain a collective mentorship community for Black women in healthcare careers to thrive personally and professionally while centering our culture.
